We would like you to have complete peace of mind when buying products from Berunda.lk. You can return all items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the item purchased. The refund amount will be credited back to your Berunda account as a voucher/coupon or credit points.
In case of a manufacturing defect. the item can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt and you will be refunded after the items have been inspected by us. If reverse pickup is unsuccessful after three attempts or more than two weeks after pickup was initiated for the first time, the refund request will be cancelled. Similarly, if the product is self-shipped, and has not been dispatch from consumer after two weeks of refund initiation, refund request will be cancelled.
Within the first 14 days of receipt we will accept all returns except those deemed to have been damaged by the customers themselves outside of normal everyday use.
